Born and raised in Brewerton, New York, Wendy has deep roots in the Syracuse community. She graduated from Central Square High School and continued her education at Herkimer County Community College, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree.

Wendy began her extensive legal career in 1981 and has been making a profound impact ever since. Prior to joining Westfall Law, she served as a paralegal to senior member attorneys at prestigious law firms, including Sargent, Sargent & Martin, Martin, Martin & Woodard, LLC, Harris Beach PLLC, and The Donald J. Martin Law Firm, P.C. 

Wendy’s wealth of experience has honed her skills and deepened her knowledge across a broad range of practice areas, including: matrimonial law and domestic relations, family law, civil litigation, estate planning, probate, insurance defense, foreclosures and personal injury as well as extensive experience with bookkeeping and billing. Her proficiency in these areas allows her to provide invaluable support to the attorneys she works with, ensuring seamless case management and exceptional client service.

In addition to her professional achievements, Wendy actively contributes to the legal community. She has served on the Council on Inclusion and Diversity and was a member of the Paralegal Committee at Harris Beach, where she demonstrated her commitment to promoting equity and fostering a more inclusive legal profession.

Beyond her work in the legal field, Wendy’s interests and passions lie in spending quality time with her family. She cherishes moments with her loved ones and finds joy spending time outdoors camping, kayaking, and motorcycling.
