In addition to seeking resolutions to active disputes, we seek long-term solutions that minimize your costs and limit risk of exposure for yourself or your business to prevent future disputes.

We provide support, counsel, and representation in litigation over a wide range of personal and commercial matters including:

Representative Experience

  • Represented a farm with regard to their appeal of a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) determination that certain property is a Wetland
  • Represented client in jury trial with regard to landowner’s fraudulent misrepresentation in a purchase and sale contract
  • Represented a business in their suit against United States challenging their decision to “insource” work that had been contracted to our client. In a case of first impression, the court held that a company without a current contract may have standing to challenge the government’s insourcing decision if the company would have submitted a proposal in response to a solicitation to outsource work, despite Court of Federal Claims holdings that a prospective bidder lacks standing to protest unless it holds a current contract for the work being insourced, resulting in a reported decision.
