Wendy Baker

Mrs. Baker is a Senior Paralegal at Westfall Law, focusing on matrimonial and family law, as well as civil litigation.  Wendy has been employed as a paralegal since 1981 and has extensive experience in the preparation of pleadings, discovery demands and responses, pre-trial motions and trial preparation.  She also has experience in estate planning, foreclosures, insurance defense, personal injury and bookkeeping. 

Prior to joining Westfall Law, Wendy served as paralegal to a senior member attorney at the law firms of Sargent, Sargent & Martin, Martin, Martin & Woodard, LLC, Harris Beach PLLC, and most recently at The Donald J. Martin Law Firm, P.C.  While at Harris Beach, she also served on the Council on Inclusion and Diversity and the Paralegal Committee.  Wendy has a love of the outdoors and in her spare time, she enjoys camping, kayaking and hiking with her husband and family.
