Stephanie Kaczor

Stephanie is an associate attorney at Westfall Law, focusing on complex litigation and family law matters. She counsels on various family law issues including representation of clients in matrimonial, child support, and child custody and visitation proceedings. 

Before joining Westfall Law in May 2020, Stephanie served as an associate at a long-standing firm in Buffalo, New York where she represented physicians, hospitals, and medical institutions in medical malpractice litigation. During law school, she worked as a student attorney and represented clients in Family Court proceedings through the University at Buffalo Family Violence and Women’s Rights Clinic. She also interned at the Erie County District Attorney’s Office where she assisted attorneys with various legal issues in preparation for trial. 

While studying at the University of Buffalo School of Law, Stephanie was highly involved with the advocacy program. She competed in the Charles S. Desmond Moot Court competition, and was also selected to represent the school in two trial team competitions in Texas. Upon graduating from law school and prior to moving back to Syracuse, Stephanie served as a volunteer adjunct faculty for UB and helped to prepare students for national mock trial competitions.
