Frances joined Westfall Law as an intern in June 2020.  During her time at the firm, Frances has worked on the areas of business law, commercial transactions, general corporate law, family law, and estate planning.  Among the tasks she has performed are document drafting, LLC and Corporation formations, trademark applications, and translator for Westfall Law clients.  Frances is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Prior to joining Westfall Law, Frances was a legal intern with the general counsel of MSCI Inc. in London, UK.  Prior to law school, Frances worked as an Assurance Senior at EY (formerly Ernst & Young) in their Puerto Rico office.  There, she performed internal financial controls and substantive audit testing for a range of clients that included government agencies and medical equipment manufacturers. 

As a third-year student at the Syracuse University College of Law, Frances was the Bond, Schoeneck and King ADR Competition Director for the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society, a Form and Accuracy Editor for the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce, and a Judicial Board Member for the Student Bar Association.  Frances was also an investigator for the Syrian Accountability Project.  During her time at the law school, Frances participated in the ABA Arbitration Competition.  Frances was also an active member in the Latin American Law Students Association.

Frances is originally from Puerto Rico and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Frances graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in May 2021 and is sitting for the New York Bar Exam this February.
