Mr. Durham is an Associate Attorney at Westfall Law, focusing on Family and Corporate Immigration Law. Adam counsels on all types of immigration issues, including both matters conducted through United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), as well as the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). Adam prepares Immigration and Nonimmigration Visas, including Visitor Visas, Exchange Visitor Visas, Intra-Company Transferee Visas, Religious Worker Visas, Specialty Occupation Worker Visas, Petitions for Individuals of Extraordinary Ability, as well as Immediate Relative, Fiancé(e), and other Family-Based visas. Adam also prepares Adjustment of Status Applications and subsequent Green Card renewals and condition removals. In addition to Adam’s preparation of USCIS applications and petitions, Adam assists in EOIR matters, including deportation defense for immigrants facing removal proceedings, applications for Asylum and Withholding of Removal, and protections under the Conventions Against Torture.

Before joining Westfall Law as an Associate Attorney in 2020, Adam served as an Associate Attorney at a mid-sized regional law firm, where he assisted in various Family and Corporate Immigration issues. As a third-year law student, Adam participated in the Boston College Law School Immigration Clinic, where he worked as a Student Attorney, representing detained clients facing removal proceedings in Immigration Court. In conjunction with his clinic, Adam also drafted a Habeas Corpus petition for a client of the BCLS Immigration clinic, helping win his client a deserved Bond Hearing.

Adam is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association.
